Street legal KLX450?

I got some bad info on how I could legalize an Offroad bike to ride it on the streets.  I'm stuck with a 2008 KLX450 with a Baja kit (full lights and blinkers) not to mention a new set of Warp9 rims with street legal tires.  Does anybody know a way I can get this bike legally registered for on road use.  Thanks...
