Works System?

I just got the Works system for my scott 89xi goggles and sometimes the long tear off will stick really tight to the lens due to static. To the point where im afraid of pulling the string to hard and braking the system. Does any body else have a problem with this?

I don't have the system but I would try some ant-fog/static spray on you 89s lens.
