Need help with pictures, please

I am trying to post pictures on here about a quad i have up for sale If anyone would be kind enough to reply to this or email me personaly at andrabean@aol.com it would help lots. I just dont KNOW HOW TO post them...thankx

i put them in my documents, resize them to 600x500..then put a smiley in for the writing part..then click browse(right below where you reply) and go into my documents then right click on what you want and click select and it will put it in the browse part then hit post.

How  do  you  resize  them ?

when they are in my documents right click then it should say somewhere in there resize then left click that then click custom then put in 600x500
