i just rejeted my moped and put new piston rings on and it runs great with an open carb but it just dosent want to run with any kind of filter. the factory jeting is a #70, it has a 65 in it now with the clip moved up 1 notch on the needle. its the same motor as a pw50 if anyone knows anything about those

umm i dunno much but in my little mind it seems if you have the filter off its getting more oxygen,and with a filter on its starving it for oxygen
