tire and wheel help??!!?

i have a 2006 honda foreman 500 s 4x4. i would like to buy some new tires and wheels, but im not sure of sizes that would be best. i have 3 kids riding our 4 wheeler so saftey is important to me but so is the function and and the LOOK! mostly we do mud holes. some trails. nothing to serious though. mostly mud. i like the look of the tires sticking out of the sides a few inchs. any info on sizes and brand names that anyone might suggest would be a great help.

    also whats involed in changing out my pipe?? and again...whats a good one? i love that deeper sound.
