HELP ME OUT PLEASE

i have a 2002 polaris sportsman500 h.o. it was recently stolen and i just got it back. and i cant get it running, they crammed a screwdriver in the ignition and messed it all up. its pretty only has 2000 kms on it, i tried dumping gas in the head, it has tons of spark, there is fuel moving to the carb, the carb has been cleaned, it back fires once in awhile, arre there fuses i can check for??? relays ?? and where are they on the quad, but i just dont know what else to try, some 1 PLEASE help me out, im getting really frustrated, thank you...............

Check the spark plug, you might want to put this in the tech section for some more heads up.

i i tried dumping gas in the head,

by dumping gas into the head could you  have possibly washed down the rings.

When you guys say washed out the rings by dumping fuel in the spark plug hole what do you exactly mean??

Get a repair manual, start with the most obvious broken part(SOUNDS LIKE THE IGNITION) and begin the process of elimination. You should find your problem this way depending on your mechanic skills.
