banshee throttle ?????

I have the stock thumb throttle on my banshee and my throttle cable runs in to the T.O.R.S. on top of my carbs. Now on my friends banshee he has the twist throttle and his throttle cable goes straight into the top of the carbs without the T.O.R.S.(THROTTLE OVER RIDE SYSTEM)

1. WHAT IS THE T.O.R.S.  

2.If he wants to remove the twist and put the stock thumb throttle on will he need the T.O.R.S.

Throttle. Over. Ride. System. it cuts out ur throttle when it gets stuck but it doesn't really work.

you need to buy the conversion kits...comes with carb tops and a new throttle cable I thinks...can't exaclty remember...basically just cleans up the look and gets the big dumb TORS system out of the way...
