paying that price(x 2) and to put up with all the head ache that comes with it. I LL PASS. i m all for having a good time. but not at that price. it would cost me about $350 plus and i live 45 minutes away.

ill be there for sure price sucks but no where locally for the trucks, muddi gras same weekend so hopefully the price and muddigras will thin the crowd out.

yea it is $100 to get in and i am with mud life magazine and were thinking of goin to the new muddy grais in keanisville, even though we get in for free

the myspace page quotes adults -$40 a day per person,or $100 for the weekend, and $30- for kids 5-12, 5 and under- free. like i said, its still gonna run me $350 plus for the weekend. that hits the pocket pretty hard. plus fight all the traffic on and off the property. the last time i went i couldn t drink. i was to worried about being ran over by everyone else. with the number of people that attends, i fell there should be more room. i m not trying to bash. i m just thinking safety. the amount of people getting wasted then climbing on bikes or getting in huge mud trucks is an accident waiting to happen. i m all for slinging some mud and having a great time. but not at the cost of losing my life or my wifes.

i dont think with the price there will be many people and thats what im looking for. the first 2 mudfests were great with out all the people, and owning a huge truck as you say i look forward to not running over people to get to the mudhole.

Ya that price is a bit ridiculous. It's not like the riding is that amazing. L-Cross or Muddigras will do just fine for me. Or maybe just go to Holopaw for free LOL.

I most likely won't be going 100 bucks is to much. I can understand the increase in insurance premiums but I think someone is getting greedy. Maybe I'm wrong but I can't see it going up 200%.

Is it the same weekend?

I thought L-CROSS was the third weekend of each month and the adult weekends were every other month. The next adult weekend wont be until Labor Day in September. L-CROSS shouldn't be having an event on August 8th weekend unless something has changed. Anyone know ?

I also heard Muddigras was having an event on the August 8th weekend ?

On Muddigras forum they were going to have it, and then cancelled it, so they are only having the october one as of last night.
