Maybe if a bunch of riders start dying and more get lost i n obscure places like that the legislators will pass a bill that will demand counties to open up ATV riding places so this won't keep happening??? ha ha ha don't you know if they'll spend millions of our tax dollars on a wood pecker in Arkansas that nobody's seen in 40 years they could spend that kind of money on us poor citizens right??
