crf450 timing chain in a 400ex

I was reading somewhere that a timing chain from a CRF450 is a direct swap into a 400ex, can anyone confirm that?

I can confirm that  We have put them in many 400EX's. They last much longer than the 400EX chain. We put one in Id@'s 400EX in 04 and it is still there.  The factory PN is: 14401-MEB-671
