06 yfz leaking from the weep hole

I just changed to wetter water and dint even get a 20min ride on it and it started blowing water out.  anyone have any ideas?

Coming from the water pump?

yes it is a puke tube beneath the water pump.

It would have to be the mechanical seal that seals the pump shaft.
