ITP or Maxxis?

What kind of tire do you perfer? i want hiper wheels and dont know what tires to put on them???

itp i love my holeshots the rock ive never used maxxis buti hear holeshots are much better....

i got the impression in dirtwheels that holehots have more traction but razrs last longer.

Holeshots are better then razr in some aspects of riding, as is maxxis.
If i had a chioce between holeshots or razr's on the track i would pick holeshots hands down, but for trials, those razr 2's hook up like crazy, they last forever!

I like my setup I have now.. My razr2's look like they are brand new, but my I-razrs with the radial technology shows that they are a good tire, but only for so long.

It really depends on how and where you are riding. If you are a trail person or woods rider then Maxxis RAZR2 or IRAZR. Both are good but the IRAZR wears faster. If you run MX then ITP Holeshot MXR6 vs. Maxxis RAZR MX is just a matter of preference. I run Maxxis RAZR MX on the front and ITP Holeshots MXR6 on the rear, so really it is about what hooks up best to you. Personally my quad pushes in the corners more with the Holeshots on the front so I switched to the Maxxis fronts for better cornering. Holeshot SX work great on hardpack but they wear out super fast.

thanks for the responses. i just got a yfz with brand new itp mxr6 in the back and sx in the front. i love them.
