400ex runing hot

ok i put on my hmf and i put a 165 jet in like hmf said to do but i didnt mess with the neddel clips or the air screw now its not bogging out or back firing at all its runing good but hot would i need to mess with them or would i need to go up on the jet size ?

when i got my exhaust i put in a 172main didnt mess with the needle or air screw and it runs alot cooler than it did stock
