Honda Recon Carb ?

Anyone have a Recon service manual?

For a stock Honda Recon for my 13 yr old daughter, if I close both carb screws, what does the manual instruct as to opening the screws up?

I had a car mechanic clean the carb and he "adjusted it". It is reving way too high now and I want to set the carb back to factory settings.

Idleing too high? or he adjusted the limiter on the throttle?

The A/F mixture screw, if thats what you need adjusted, is usually set at 2-2.5 turns out.
