Skid plate

Got my new Outty 800 2 or 3 weeks ago and now that my wallet has quit hurting (not really), it's time for the fun part - accessories!

Any opinions on the importance of a skid plate in Florida and if it's worth the $200?

better to be safe then sorry, my z has a full skid plate and i dont have any problems with it.

$200 is much better than putting a hole in the bottom of the motor/trans, at least that's the way I look at it.  Basically a cheap insurance policy...all depends on your aversion to risk

Really true.  You never know when that stump or rock will come up and give your case a whack.  Better safe than sorry, that plastic just doesn't cut it.
