NEW TRACK IN CLERMONT MAYBE ?????

he guys I got some new land  80 arces of clay and sand to set up for a track  looking to get some input on prices,hours and dates to have races and practice

there will be a full mx track, pee wee and pit bike  track laid out  plus 40 arces of parking we've been out there every weekend building new jumps and talking about it

there will be no lights for now only daytime riding sould have it together by the end of Feb

hay Smoke maybe enough to have your drag strip

That sounds great, but what are those dirtbikes doing on the track ??

as long as u could pass it with the city and get threw all that i think u could turn that into a nice track, it looks like a great piece of land.

Does look like a nice spot. I wanna go out there and check it out now  . Keep me updated and if possible... I'd like to hit it sometime soon as I'm only 20 miles away. Man this is beginning to be heaven... 5 tracks w/in 30 minutes of my home    .

Shouldn't be too hard to get it approved as long as you find out what needs to be done b4 you go in. There was one right off the turnpike on 27 but it got shut down b/c the guy was charging and didn't have insurance. Sounds good though be great to have a track closer to home

That wasn't Cullys was it? They were right off of the turnpike.

Cully's land is sold and they are going to building on it.

We should be going working on it for about another month

I got a couple of calls today and should be going out sunday afternoon and getting some input from these guys 

there's a lot of sand and clay to make a great park ,got to lay it out so it will be a great place to come 

hours and prices ??  should be cheap  theres no lights so only daytime riding for now once it's up and going will be practice only until we get a turn out

who know could have a ATVFLORIDA  day  for members only

it looks like in some of the pics you have slight elevation changes. some step ups and step downs would be nice. and a triple.
