Mine did the same, but its just the outside. Dont worry. Unless you feel TONS of slippage, dont go shelling the money out for a after market one just yet.

just checked those bolts on my yfz today and they were tight, tryed to tighten them a little but wouldnt budge

i would suggest you take them out and lock tite them just to be safe! i did!

After reading this post yesterday i called my friend who just bought an 06 last week. Today we took his apart and both bolts were loose. I just wanted to say good looking out guys. ;)
HELP I NEED SOME PLACE TO RIDE!

i have a leak on my YFZ450 and all my antifreeze keeps graining out i saw the hole wheres its coming out its right under the water pump idk what to do. :-\

You need to replace the impeller bearings and seals. Maybe even the impeller shaft if is is worn.
