was but not anymore cops are all over it, and there were warnings in the town flyer.it was a good place to ride but again to many idiots ruined it,riding up and down the roads and on the sidewalk.also the golfers are said to be raising heck about people riding to close to the course.i live in valkaria and i do see the cops alot more in the area than i used to,so iwould recommend you you stay clear.
