From what I understand, it is a little of everything, trails, mud, sand and lots of room.

Yea man thats great, sounds like a plan. I'll bring some dogs or something simple. I'm bringing the digital camera so that i can get some good action shots. Had a blast watching you guys doing the water wheelies...to bad the kodiak cant do them.

hey guys Im part of a ATV CLUB and were gonna have a charity ride and clean up at 5A on either febuary 12th or 13th havent made it final yet please give some input for what day . Were also gonna try to get a loader so we can move the burnt cars out of the trails. If you have any questions  post them here of on the clubs site http://www.muddywatersatv.org/

I noticed a bunch of 5 acre lots sold there over there last few months. This is all private property. Any problems or changes there?

its RUMORED that all the land has been bought. that the are will be come a tourist area with hotels and a possible Six Flags. We did talk to a lady that works a the Stuckys, who spoke to the guy who bought the land. Saying that soon no one will be able to ride there......

No.. the land I have seen sold has all been private sales done on E-bay. They have been getting about 1000 bucks an acre.

You know you can go on the county website and see recent sales.
