I hope I can race this one because I sure don't want to give up the free points. I need everyone to help & give me a few good prayers to make my knee heel up enough for me to race. So come on & put out some good ones for me.

I hope we have a good turnout but I know alot of people will be in Texas for the nationals.

Give us a roll call on who will be there for sure.

Mav... you know our balls aren't big enough to hit those hills. lol  Well... mine aren't anyways  :(  . Tell you what, if you hit it, I may decide to roll down one of the small ones  ;D . BTW, have you been working on your start? You need to stop spotting those guys b/c everytime you stall your bike off of the line and catch everyone. Just run away w/ the darn thing  ;)

And yeah Steve... What Mav said, hope you've been keeping that knee elevated and putting ice on it. Is it still sore?

you know what rob i do have to work on that! at my race a dade city on sat i stalled it out on the start!  ??? there i go again giving everybody head starts! i did end up catching everybody and winning though! 8) :Fp this all just started and i dont know what my problem is!

I have a problem shifting 1st to 2nd.  I always get it in Neutral and doesnt want to get into 2nd sometimes ???  Im pulling the shifter all the way up... ???

Actually... It looks sweet as hell when you run everyone down. But it cost you a win at the last race. And hey, being that our riding style is very similar, it reminds me of myself watching you ride. I noticed it when we did our lil 2lap battle after races last time. I hopped in behind you and noticed that we ride very similar to each other. It was kinda funny actually. Same riding style almost and I couldn't make up any ground on you. I gave up b/c I was tired and came off of the track. I must've run close to 15 laps  ???

i didnt now we had the same riding style! i couldnt see you! because you were behind me!  ;) hahahahahaha we will have to run again after the race and this time keep up! i must have ran 30 laps i was going crazy!

You guys should make a movie...........Brokeback Sandmountain. ;)

Yes I will be there riding to get last place points if the doc doesn't release me. If I can race I will even if I have to wear a brace. It is killing me to give Wayne all these free points. I may have my new toy out this weekend so if I can't race I will play with the ol gas truck.

I'd like to come hit them again. I'll see how I feel this weekend. After that race yesterday I feel like I got hit by a truck.

i might be out there hopefully next time i wont put a hole in the head. >:(

Steve you know I want that knee to get better. Steve you can call them free points if you wanna but I d-mn sure had to work my a-- off for the last ones.I need someone to help me out with Joe on the yellow YFZ450. Hopefully I can keep him behind me. Rob helped take up your slack in the last race and I am sure he would not mind doin it again. Mav, get with me Sunday before the race and we will see what we can do about the holeshots. Whats up with Dorian have not seen him on the site lately?

Ill be there on my new Zuki 450! Already got the port work done, Yoshimura Cherry Bomb Pipe, Jetting, Higher compression piston, rev box, cams, and the works!!

Well boys! Im not saying a 4stroke is not the way to go in todays world or I wouldnt have bought one today!! :o

But when my R is runnin and dialed in, I'd rather run it at Sand Mountain! Dont worry though, Ill slow down a little and ride a 4 stroke! ;)

JT dont blame your slowness on a 4 stroke. You know the 4strokes got some power. You just need to change them shoe laces again thats all.

If I remember correctly, were'nt you and I wearing the same shoe laces last race! ;D  I must not be to slow cause you were haulin azz when I passed you!! :D :D

Dont remember having to pass you in the second race. The first race you were riding slow so I did have to get around you cause you were makin us look bad. lol . I just put new laces in my shoes last night so its game time.....

Don't know what any of you guys are talking about... I still have regular laces not the hop ups  :'(

My laces are so wore out I can't even get the ends thru the holes. Can someone help me to get some new ones ?

Flea I am working on it. I am just getting in from work. its been a long d-mn day It started at 6am and here it is 1:34am the next morning and I have to be back at work at 7am. Steve the brown truck was here today give me a hollar in the morning.  Time to get some rest.......ZZZZ....ZZZZ....ZZZZZ

Well... I'll still be rocking the same ole laces in mine, but I'm getting my soles in my shoes replaced as well as new inserts (New clutches, new intake, rejetting, and new sprocket). Now I should have alil more acceleration in my shoes. Hopefully that helps  :-\

Man Steve, sorry to hear about your luck. Was hoping that you could run w/ us this w/e. What did he say as far as having to cut you?

I know Rob is at home right now working on his quad getting it ready I think he's is going to be runnin right up front. I dont know JT Joe on the yellow YFZ was able to walk off and leave me in the last race, but I will see what I can do so you keep your money. I might be able to hold him off.

I just don't see Rob out running me with my old parts. That would not even be right.

Yeah... just stepped into the house not long ago. Got everything done but have to go back into my clutch case b/c the cable is not grabbing for some reason. It's something minor so I'll check it out in the morning. Will still have to ride it and make sure everything is A okay.



Thanx for your confidence in me JT... hope that I can get up there and make ya proud. Steve gave me a couple of hook ups so hopefully I'll be able to keep up w/ those guys.

Just stepped in... Bike is running great and the mods have definitely given me some much needed power. Will it be enough though? Guess I'll see tomorrow. Supposed to be a cold one too guys  :-\

Keep your eyes on the weather if it rains out there we will have to cancel My son and Dale are out there pumping water out of the track from the last rain. I will keep everyone posted.

Well... the race has been cancelled  :'(  . For whomever is down, myself and quite a few of the fellas are gonna hit Mulberry in the AM.

Well, Mulberry doesn't hold water like Bartow does. I know Dreth and his Cuosin, Wayne, Myelf, T2 maybe, possibly Flea were planning on Mulberry b/c of that.

Mulberry is open and he said the track is in great condition. Dreth is on the way w/ Dana and I'm getting ready to head out. Everyone else has their phones off  :-\

Went out to Sand Mountain today to ride and the track was in great shape!  Didnt get near as bad as they thought, but I guess you cant take chances and have people drive from all over to ride if you think you cant have the track ridable!

They canceled so that I would be able to race since my knee wasn't ready. Ya'll didn't know that I had that much pull huh.

Well... we went out to Mulberry and had a blast. Myself, Dreth, Maverick, and Dana got some good laps in. So it was definitely not a day waisted.

I was wondering why Mullberry was so rough yesterday afternoon.  You guys must have torn it up. 8)

Yeah... It was pretty intense. We were battlin' and banging in those corners. Only bad this is the jumps aren't all that big but it was a good day anyway. Should be some pics posted sometime today.

Yeah, the jumps aren't the greatest especially when they are all rutted up.  But it's always fun out there.

Man you shoulda came over and chatted w/ us. What bike were you riding?

If I would have checked the forum Saturday I would have been out there earlier.  I usually ride out there late afternoon.  Maverick's right I ride a yellow 400.
