The Motoplex Nearly Doubles In Size

As some of you guys know, we have been working on acquiring more property. Seemingly unsuccessfully.

We are not ones to quit though and finally today, the sellers have signed a contract that we presented to them for the parcel directly to our East.

Closing is set for April 30th.

This is going to expand many features of the park.

Our plans are to build a 1.7 mile long mx track (the largest we think in Fl), a 1,000 sand drag, Brady is going to build a 4 acre TT track, we are also going to dig a competition mud pit.

The camping area is going to get expanded.

The access will be enhanced as we will now lose 1/2 of Hike Lake Rd (the worst half too) as we plan on relocating the welcome center to the front.

We are going to create a new day parking/competition camp area centrally located between the new tracks for the use of the event competitors.

There is a massive swamp right in the middle of it for us mudders-swamp rats. 
To the south of the property, there are many more dry trails, for general riding and our Cross Country Racers.

  I'm trying to get up there with some buddies. I rode AmericanRobster's Arctic Cat500 with the double seat, it was comfortable. Hopefully we'll make the next event.
   Finances are still tight right now.

   Looks like I'll actually make it to the next event next weekend. AmericanRobster is going to let me ride his Arctic Cat 500, and I'll be bringing my Jaida with her 110cc.
    It'll be nice to see everyone again. Hope everyone comes!!

That place looks great!! I have to make my way up there and check it out. Wish we could get something like that down south. How does this place compare to Croom? I know it's not identical but over all. I really like croom for the amount or trails. If it had an MX track would be even better just to change it up. and by the looks of the Motoplex you have it all.

 Croom is going to be nothing but a dirtpile if they don't do something with it soon. We're going to have to boycott that place.
   I would rather drive all the way to the Plex and have some good riding, than go closer to Croom and have crappy riding.

Since the plex is going to almost double in size, does that mean primitive camping on weekends ? Is there an adress one could punch in map quest ?

Can you ride a utility type atvs at the plex or are they not allowed if they have a rack on the front or back or just can't ride them on certain areas?

only place you can't ride a ute is on the motocross track.  there's something for every style of riding at the plex!  there are pics on the florida motoplex website.

Some of the best ute riding around is at the plex. Like QT said only places utes are not allowed is on the MX tracks.

Correct. I let the little ones ride the track on small utes.
