You have to register with the state if you are going to do a raffle. with a deff start and end date...if you dont sell enough tickets the raffle still HAS to happen!!!! Its the Law.

But bottom line is there has GOT TO be some laws broken here period!

Maybe you can ad /what happened rhino raffel   

in your title so maybe a rep from L-cross can give us some more definate answers.

Its a shame because they have done alot to improve & expand the park.It is a great place.But theres quite a few folks I ride with that wont go back because of garbage like this BOGUS Raffel!
