NO RIDING IN JUNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just want to warn everyone. I have it on good authority from a freind in the police dept.( i wont say which dept) that all of june their will be specialized detailes out for the sole purpose to stop 4 wheelers. he tells me that this detail will be a day time event on the weekends. but not to be suprised if they are out at night as well. Im told they will be using 4 wheelers and 1 helocopter along with regular vehicals and pickups. as far as i know this is local to all redlands and homestead area, but it may be all dade county. As usual they would rather spend our own tax money to stop us than to help us spend a day of riding with our families.

Thats a great way to ruin a weekend

COPS are retared on using a Helicopter to stop some guys riding Quads

They dont stop drug smugglers in Miami but they have to stop guys who are riding

My dad's friends outran the police chopper on their dirtbikes when the cops came out to the Yucapan in Cape Coral lol.

They've always had those in West Palm. Funny watching the Helicopter go overhead when you're riding in your yard, or a cop car pass by. lol

Who's gonna pay for the fuel in the helicopter...that's expensive.

And why would they want to stop quads?

this weekend it is suposed to be the area called the hump at the beginning of card sound rd. and US1 , not sure where else they might be. and your taxes are paying for the helicoptor and its flight time. as to why, well you can ask them if they stop you.

my buddy the cop tells me it is only the month of june for now, he lets me know whenever their having this particular detail. when i know i will put it up here.

So their should be a Huge Group Ride at the HUMP like 50-100 Quads,DB,Buggies,ect... and let the POlice run around like chickens with their heads cut off

That's actually pretty accurate. I swear they care more about us riding in the forest than anything else.. The Cape cops have nothing better to do than harass people just trying to have fun. Me and my friends about got arrested for fishing in the corner of the back yard of an abandoned house. Apparently an old person didn't like us using fishing equipment near his house and called the Cops and now someting is on my record, which they wouldnt tell me what it was..Point is, you can't even go fishing without getting in trouble with the law in Cape Coral. Alot of kids that went to my school have turned to drugs because the Cape offers nothing for kids to do for enjoyment. Oh well, atleast they stoped us terrible ATVers from ruining the Yucapan, which will probably be torn down in a couple years anyway.. I have already gave up, and as soon as I get my quad payed off, its going up for sale. It's going to be illegal to ride quads in Florida very soon.

well, to my understanding unless you own private property the only leagal place to ride is either ONF or Croom. thats it. oh and big cypress. not sure of any other places.
