Lets hope they do not attempt to put their own twist or regulations on racing. That would be like the Head Cashier at Walmart trying to place regulations and age requirements on Space Shuttle Launches. Both of those accidents were real unfortunate. The youngster was actually racing and the adult was a employee of the EMS/ county and was not racing but playing on a quad with no helmet.

I put it up on ATVScene too. There have been several people from that site that have already written that paper for the way they spun the article and for not following the families wishes. Maybe they will write the commission as well.
