Left Friday and went to Islamorada for a weekend of fishing. WOW what a great time, caught a bunch of yellow tail snapper, a few dolphin fish, got to feed the tarpon at the docks, It was a great weekend. I'm waiting for some pics from the weekend, my camera had a little bit of a mishap (it was only a disposible thank god)

Nope the docs are still in pretty rough shape. The capt'n and mates were a BLAST to hang and drink with. 13 of us chartered the Captn Michael for the weekend (Fri night and all day Sat.) One of the best charters I've ever been on.

Ah that sounds fun... Going to be some good eating, ah love fresh fish when you catch.... Glad ya had a great weekend. We are going to Marco Island next weekend, looking forward to that. Sit on the beach, and watch the son go down.... So funny, as I type that, can't help but to think of Kenny Chesney & Uncle Cracker....
Well, that's awesome you had a great weekend, be sure to post the pics, would be great to see.

MF, dice up some of that yellow tail, cut out all the bloodlines, get a nice white meat. Marinate that in lime juice for 20 or so minutes.
then dice up shallots, red onion, peppers, celery, maybe add some tomatoe, or even fruits.
Drain the lime off the fish and put the fish in the diced veggies.. Then had a few fresh squeezed lemons.
Makes you some awesome ceviche!

They drive these on the streets & pay 66% duty (tax) on import
