would it be leagal to take a 1000cc street bike and turn it into a quad and register and ride it on the street? I have seen many goldwings turned into trikes riding around why not into quads? |

What would be the point? I could see trying to tag my YFZ or Rhino so I could legaly ride to the 7 Eleven but why turn a street bike into a quad. |

only so it would be street leagal.take a messed up street bike use the necessities speedo turnsignals oh and the vin# tag rest was not needed to complete the project and put it on a 450r or ltz 400 .if you started out with a 600 street bike maybe even use the engine. |

Pretty sure it has to be a trike in florida. 4-wheeled vehicles with saddle-type seats are not allowed. Could probably make a rhino street legal though. |

you could probaby make a rhino street legal with just turn signals, d.o.t. approved tires, and such but an atv would be hard |

i used to actually see a guy who had 2 quads that were street legal down in hollywood, they were beautiful, widened and lenghtened to meet regulations, along with all the lighting and what not, i mean, you can do it with a dirt bike(super moto bikes) so why not quads? it has been done |

The law states you can't ride any 4 wheel vehicle that YOU HAVE TO STRADDLE THE SEAT on the street. That leaves out all quads, but Rhinos are a different story. |
