Mike,
I hope you guys do ok with the storm... if yall need anything just say the word.
Steve "Slick"
P.S. It was great to see you at the VolleyBall event. The early rain kinda brought the turnout down a little but it was still a good event.

Mudman,
I am sure there will be a few of us out there that weekend so if you want we can hook up and head for the deep water, and trust me, unless we get no rain from now to then you will like the water out there. I attached a few pics from our last ride out there.

extreme, No the only time you need a helmet is if you are racing. If you race you will need long pants or waders gloves and a helmet. Other than that there are no restrictions. Well, i think they are trying to pass a "No Guy in Thong" rule... ) see yall there.

All,
Just a side note, i know this is a mudfest page but alot of you seem to like the deeper water and mud, if you get a chance try 5A in Scottsmoore one afternoon. Its very deep and i have seen many a large trauck and quad have there share of fun out there and oh by the way its free, park and ride. The exit has the old 5A sign on it.

Im glad to see that there are people willing to take the time and say thanks for all the effort that went into the weekend by Ed and the crew from Atvsfonewild. As for the loud bikes i could here anything over my bike so i guess it was all good. I hope to see alot of you guys at the Moto Plex and at CreekBottom in Oct. If you liked Ed's place at all you will fall in love with CreekBottom. The East Coast Dirty Crew camp is always hoppen so stop by say hey and have and adult beverage on me. If you are concerned at all CreekBottom and the plex are both family and pet friendly.

[Does Creekbottom have trail for sport quads?]
Yes they do, and they have a bunch of bridges for the deep water crossing. They have high line trails and low land deep water and deep deep mud trails. We were there for the 4th and there was a large number of race and sport quads. The only thing i did not see was alot of jumps. Me being an x dirt biker and sport quad guy i still look for those things. Now the plex on the other hand is full of things to jump on and off the tracks ) i had to try a few of the trail jumps on my brute, she has the powers but she flys like cow. still fun )

FYI our crew will be at Creek Bottom...probably the last event we will include in our first video.
CreekBottom will be a great event... Oct 2-5th, There is every type of riding condition at that park. Deep Water, Thick Mud, Trails top notch race pit's and the camping areas are huge lot's of shade. Free wash rack and hot ... real hot showers. It would be great if we could get a huge group from FL to make the trip. On a side note anyone looking for a great park and event to attend on Labor Day look no futher than the MotoPlex.. they have spent alot of time and money making the park a sweet place to ride. This is a very family friendly park, they have youth tracks, one way trails, every type of rider was considered. They treat there cusomers like family and you will have a good time. And oh yes there is a huge section of the park dedicated for all us mudders. Hope to see all of you guys at the comeing events, keep things safe and support what we all love.

[WELL I THINK IT WAS OK FOR A FIRST TIME EVENT. ONLY THING THAT WAS BAD WAS THE GRASS IN THE CAMP BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FUN. WE GOT THEIR THURSDAY AND LEFT SUNDAY AND RODE ALL THE AREA BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD TIME AND PROPS TO THE EAST COAST DIRTY GIRLS AND GUYS I HAD FUN RIDING WITH THEM FOR THE WEEKEND HOPE TO GET TOGETHER AGAIN AND RIDE. I HOPE SLICK WILL PUT MORE FUEL IN HIS BIKE BEFORE WE GO OUT THO LOL BUT THAT GAVE US MORE TIME TO DRINK AND LAUGH AT SOMEONE TRYING TO WRESTLE ME INTO THE MUD LOL.]
/ Carzy, We had a blast with you guys, look forward to our next 5a ride and hope you guys will make the trip with us to Creekbottom, you know i wouldnt have ran out of gas if i would have turned to bike off while i was trying to get that little white bike of you on stuck..... lol had a great time.

[give these guys a break. i have never seen so many negative posts before about an event that everyone (even those with the negative comments) say they had a good time at. i have been to many different events over the years, and people never follow the rules. This event had a great variety of riding areas and even some competitions (who were enjoyed by those who participated). The events would have been better if you guys saying they were a “joke” would have actually competed because more people would have been involved. What I do know is that folks were cheering on the competitors and both banks were lined up with folks watching the action.
if you read these forums, it seems to me that everyone enjoyed themselves...dude it is a place to ride, your complaing about $35 bucks, when atvs gone wild set this event so people wouldn't have to pay $100 at mudfest.]
Well said Mudbeauty,
I think the guys from Atvsgonewild did a good job with the event, the racing was fun and the pit was low on the sides but that just made it a wet drag race still fun, i wish more people would have gave it a try, they might have enjoyed it. And yes i even ran out of gas, not one of my better moments of the weekend but all in all we met a great group of people and regarless of the location i will support the crew from Atvsgonewild. Just keep in mind that even though they setup the event they do not own the land and have limited say and control to last minute changes. I will say that Mr. Underhill drove by our group and thanked us for comeing and that does not always happen at other areas.

good luck finding customers who will pay to play and ride on a human waste dumpsite.
I personally drove by the site of Mudfest yesterday... and the cattle were standing up to theit bellies in the main mud hole. Two days before an event, and you still have the livestock pooping in the main mudpit and everywhere else? How is that different that the other site? [The other site (underhills) when the cows die in, or right next to, the mudpit they just leave them there to rot. Ive seen it happen twice there at underhills/bamboo and it really disturbs me that they just leave them there.] Decomp is the best fertilizer right ) Sorry i tried to make a funny, i hope i dont run across that. But to all who are out this weekend please have a safe and fun ride, i have not tried to trash any event, and if i came across that way i am sorry. There are enough of us mud junkies to support the local areas and i hope they all do well. and for all our friends in North FL at the plex, i hope you are all keeping that key hole pit in top shape, i cant wait to get back in that thing.

Mission Mud, Trucks, Buggies and ATV's plus vendors and showers for only $30 for the weekend. All and there will be events for adults and kids i think the choice is easy, Mission Mud.
P.S. The real East Coast Dirty Girls will be there. And the East Coast Dirty Boys will be supporting the Youth Bog for the Kids, never to early to get the Kids into good safe racing.

I would love to see this happen, and i can tell you that there are alot of people that have been to the plex and it was done right. I am trying to get a good group for the next weekend.

Hey ATVGONEWILD I see that you are planning a mudding event on the same weekend as Okeechobee Mudfest, hope you do well good luck finding customers who will pay to play and ride on a human waste dumpsite. It's sad that you need to attack Okeechobee Mudfest in order to generate business for yourself.
[if i had plans to go to mudfest i would have abandoned them just because of this comment. now im glad i only went once and none of the others.] I have been to all the events for the past 3 years and that coment was uncalled for and just bad form, add in the $100 price and my family and i will take our fun else where. Now to address the above coments about haveing $100,000 on your trailer some how makes you more safe is silly, i have seen so many of the Big $ trucks that think they own every place they go, I have trucks as well as ATV's and Mud Fest has never had a safe setup. I support the crew from Atvsgonewild in offering a more safe and organized event. But where ever you decide to ride keep it safe so the media and all the haters have nothing to talk about.
