Nice vids. The cd truck rocks when its not blown up. Seems like it has to be rebuilt after every event. Guess that is expected when you are running over 2000hp lol. I missed this event, I wanted to see the bus pulls in person.

General / Group Rides & Events / MUDDIGRAS CANCLED!!!!!!!!

I thought this needed its own thread so people would pay closer attention. Many people will not look at the on going post about the event. I only did because I heard a rumor and sure enough the muddigras staff said it was cancelled.

I would assume since you have a 440kit, with a different cam then you porbably have a good exhaust. Do you have your head ported? That will be alot more beneficial then larger valves? If you are ported then the +1 would probably help some more since you are running a larger bore already.

We are talking about any bike that is not and cannot be used for mudding purposes. Thank you
I think we know what Muddi is saying. I am yet to see a 2wd really do sh*t in deep mud. So why bring it if all you will be doing is racing around stirring up dust pissing people off. Not to say you will but,,just saying. I ride with renegade 800s and go through everything they do out at holopaw. I did just fine at the first muddigras with stock crappy tires. Its more of a sandy water mix then mud out there, with the exception of a few holes. Glad to see I wasn't alone on this subject. I have been emailing and talking to muddigras for the last two weeks. Glad to see it has been resolved. Enforcing the speed limit law is a very good idea may effect more then just the race quads though I have a "race quad" or i would been seen as one and it does piss me off that a few retards racing around is ruining a fun event for my type of quad. Just a matter of time till a large big bore 4x4 gets out of hand though- then what would be next? As long as the law is doing their part on enforcing rules then I think we all can get along just fine.

"There is getting to be so many that they are fighting for any small piece of water they can find." If people didn't build houses and shopping centers where gators used to live then the gators would not be heavily populated in the small pieces of water they can find. Gators are still killed regularly. Any gator over 4ft that even seems aggressive that lives near people gets put in a gator farm, relocated to an alligator refuge/park, or gets put on the chopping block. I live near a lake and every now and then the park rangers come through and thin out larger gators that are in the canals.

I have seen both run and think the rzr is superior stock vs stock unless room is an issue. Best upgrade for either one would be a good winch. Tim had to winch an rzr out of a small mud hole with his can am. We had to get a polaris 700 stuck to use as an anchor and the winch didn't like dragging the rzr out. One of my friends in oklahoma buried a rhino and burned up a 3000lb winch trying to get it out. Took a ford superduty to get the job done. Just my 2cents. On another note, there are rumors floating around about artic cat putting their 950cc in a sxs. More power then the rzr with the room of a rhino. That sounds like the best of both worlds.

I'll be there but it will be around 4pm before I start riding. That way I dodge the heat of the day. It maybe alot nicer now though since water should be in the trails . Where do you normally ride at shaun? My dad and I usually follow the fence line to the canal and ride in the canal and on top of the hills till we get to the swimming hole.

We have been going to holopaw every weekend shaun. We went all the way to brick lake the other day. It is crazy dry though so hopefully it will rain. Not sure if we will make it this weekend, since my dad knocked a hole in his radiator. Let me know if you are available shaun, we are normally game for Saturdays. Tim: you will have to get them new tires and rims broke in properly, Proper break in: completely submerge tire in mud until you need your winch to get out
