i dont think any of the races with the vw in it where from a dig. it spins 1st & 2nd too much. they were all from a 40-45 roll.(vw still spun for awhile) so there was no lanch to worry about. also when we ran the z06 it was from a 70 roll or so. because we were on the interstate. which is where this car shines. trust me its a fun car had it to 172mph on the way back from tampa that same night. the car is just set up right. plus those new z06s im sure are heavyer then the VW and probly makes close the the same whp. like i sead the dyno was at 15 PSI and when we ran the z06 we were at 25. so im sure the extra 10psi put the VW over 400whp. and the new z06s are rated at 500 crank HP right? figure in drivetrain loss, and your purty darn close WHP

nah im not talking about no tdi. the one im refuring to is green 97 vr6 turbo. car dynoed at 387whp and 374ftlbs of tq at 15 psi. but since has had a few upgrades and now runs 25 psi(on a 81mm turbo). its a purty serious car. it not mine, its a good friends of mines. and as for the new z06 thing, we got to run one while we were in miami a few weeks ago. it was funny as hell to see the look on the old dudes face when we went rowing past him. let me look around ill see if i can find the dyno video. and theres one some where out there that has some videos of him running some moded gtos and a cobra. just got to find it

yep for sure close minded(but for some resone redneck keeps poping up to)  a real gear head has love for anything fast. maybe one day you'll get to injoy a fast car that still gets 25mpg. hell its even a 4door nothing like having a carload of people in the car and rapping new zo6s. oo well no point and telling you, seems you got it all figured out.

i dont know how many of you have actully owned one of these that was modded, but there very tempermental(man i cant spell) i have had 3 of these trucks, and most times even with a blowen motor the truck will start and run, but will over heat very quick. and be gut less. also he offered the 50 to get it fixed. i mean it is crappy but you cant think that the rest of the truck is worthless just because the motor need rebuilt(which should take you 30 min to rebuild) i would be upset also but do cut the guy a little slack(not that i know him eather) just saying it is posiable that the truck did run

i  would say stay with yamaha or honda, the yamahas a lil faster (and i have one so im a lil biased im sure) but im sure the 450R would be less mant. but i have yet to have any problems out of my yfz also (knock on wood)

my brothers got one and the gas millage is purty crappy but my dad f150 4 door is only a lil better and has no where near the balls that the titan has. he has also never had any trouble out of his truck and i think it has like 59K on it now. and it get worked and drove hard, i would buy one if i was looking for a full size truck.

they dont make as much differnce on gas motors,  you got to be carefull also cuz it leans out your motor alot of times and cause detenation. what one were you wanting to go with?
