1  General / Open Discussion / Re: Hydration Systems on: May 19, 2005, 06:00:28 AM
I have a Camel Back. The Bladder just started leaking after 4-5years. I use it all the time. I fill the bladder with ice and then top it off with water. Nothing like having a cold drink when you are a couple of miles from the truck.  Grin I will check out the ones from Target or Walmart. A friend of mine was mountain biking and went over his bars on a steep drop off and landed flat on his back. He fell about 20 feet.  He broke 3 ribs and puntured his lung. He was wearing a Camel Back. He would probably be paralyzed if it wasn't for his Camel Back!
2  General / Tech Corner / Re: Raptor Exhuast - GYT-r?? on: May 15, 2005, 07:56:13 PM
The GYT-r exhaust is a great exhaust. The others are good too.
If your not going to race, They are all pretty close in performance. Dont get me wrong some make more ponies then other, but if your not riding balls to the wall, then get one you like the best. Just my $.02.

Thanks for the compliments. Let me know when you get your bike. We meet sunday mornings at Holiday Park. That Crazy man doing highspeed wheelies is Kevin aka "Superkaos" He has his own website. www.superkaos.com. You should check out the video section. I don't frequent there that much anymore. I am more into my Quads now.  Grin The Sportbikes also meet wednesday nights at Hooters at Pines and university. Cool

I am a Sportbike Finatic!  Shocked. If it was my choice, I would go with the ZX6R. Looks better and definately perform better. I own a Hayabusa. I have owned since 2000. Here is a Pic of me opening her up on US27.  Cool She will do 197MPH on GPS!  Grin

yeah it's called the brotherhood code,,they can haul a** down the highway passing by you like you were sitting still with no lights on and its ok..like pines police dept.,i've seen these guys on the turnpike up north way out of there jurisdiction and speeding down the highway like supercops.....or the ones who turn on there blue lights to go thru intersections and then turn them off...i followed a cop once who did that, just to see him pull in his driveway...

Dude, Get alife!  Roll Eyes  So what if they speed, Geez that's one of the only perks they get. Your lucky you didn't get shot following a cop home. Sound like your just another COP hater.

Buy the 660. You won't regret it. It will also fit you better. Just don't go past 2nd gear till you get confident on it. (2nd is plenty  Grin)

25  General / Tech Corner / Re: MUD SHARK VS. BLACKWATER on: March 27, 2005, 12:08:20 AM
I had Blackwaters on my 400ex, I thought they were great tires. Smooth, predictable ride on hard-packed surfaces (unlike most other deep lug tires!).
