Dang you can hear a pin drop. Well the ole brown truck stopped by last nite and left something to get #78 out of the hole quicker. Looks like Brandon and #78 might be even a little stronger than Lyndon and #86. Two TBR Hondas on the same starting line together will look nice, but the way they will be coming out of the hole _____ I will leave that image for you all to see Sunday. Of course some of you will have a front row seat so to speak. C'mon why is everyone so quiet??? You all must be out in the garage working fast and furious on them quads. Dale

I think we are all just brainstorming for you all. We are all just trying to bring up issues that might or might not arise next season We all love racing there. Just want it to be the very best it can be. I know I get after JT and Brandon G. but I would be the first one there to help them out also. Dale

Joe, Well said and thanks JT You and your quad are old enough to drink if you want I just hope you can both handle your alcohol. You know some fall apart when they drink Dale

While I am on the subject, what about next year?? Should Lyndon run both open am and open expert. If not should vets be allowed to also run in open classes?? Can youth run in youth and open?? I can tell you this Lyndon wants to run in both, not because he thinks he can win either one but because he LOVES TO RACE. Any thoughts on this???

Just thinking out loud, but promoting riders once a series has started might be a little unfair. To me Lyndon is a perfect example. He had only ridden a 450 2 or 3 hrs at most when he started racing the second race of the season. It takes him almost the entire season to capture the point lead. Should he have been moved up? And if so when? Setting up rules for this to me is almost impossible. To move someone up during a series means you are taking something they worked hard for away from them. Any other thoughts on this???

OK one last time, those TBR 450r's are not I repeat not bored. I don't know if they can always beat a 380 or YFZ's. I know they are both running very good and Sunday we will see. one more thing is that both of these boys are not that bad of riders either. Lyndon has jumped from one quad to another and still done well. Brandon has NO FEAR at all, that always makes him someone to deal with.

Well LE, I think you are going to get your wish, Lyndon wants to try out the BIG BOYS and with his point lead he doesn't need to race beginner. He has worked hard all year getting to this point and so Sunday he will get his chance to see if he is any good or just been lucky.

Well we tried out #78 and #86 today and I think finally I will get to see both of them in the expert class. I have looked forward to this for a while. Last race of the season may not be the best time but no time like the present I guess.

I agree Brandon. I think them Thacker boys are lying. Let's put up 500 each and tear them quads down. Let's see, wasn't that you that said a 450R could never beat the 380's??? [smiley=foot.gif]Maybe not. No matter what the classes the winners are always cheating and the losers are the only ones playing by the rules. We are just trying to have fun.

Lights, rubber band, or flag, you will always have some who think it is unfair for them. So do what you all thinks works for you. I think you have done a wonderful job in creating a place for families to come out and have a good time. I know the time we have spent there has been absolutely priceless for my family. Thank you all very much. I am kinda sad to see the season end because of the fun we have had. We are looking forward to next season too though. My only suggestion is maybe have a stock only class with no changes to exhaust or suspension except maybe tires and axle or spacers, might give the newbies a place to start. Just keep doing what you are doing. We do love Sand Mountain Speedway. Dale

Brandon, bring them videos please. I video every race and I just went back and double and triple checked the starts. Even the one he and Carl took off on Dale's hand was coming down. So come on and show me the videos please. I do agree that a rubber band or gates would be better for the starts but just because that quad is coming out of the hole good don't accuse him of cheating. That is not very nice of you!!!

#86 does not have a 520 nor is it bored at all. But I like that idea for #78. Maybe JT or Brandon G. could donate a little cash so we could try that. I don't think Brandon T. or Lyndon are being c o c k y either, just proud that they beat the two biggest smack talkers on this site. (Sorry guys I just couldn't resist) We are just trying to keep in the competition.
All we need is some more riders. To all those who have not ran at Sand Mountain Speedway you are missing out on all the fun and people there. Thanks to all for some great races and personalities. Dale
