A chain link fence went up over the busiest section of this area along with additional "no trespassing" signs.  I've also seen cleaning crews out there dragging trash to several large dumpsters that were dropped off.

Looks like the property owners have had enough.  Target recently purchased this land from Lowes a few months back.
