see if it would start on ether. if it does then that will tell you that your carburetor is full of varnish from old gas. more than likely the needle is stuck closed and not allowing fuel into the carburetor.

the neutral light does not flash? if there is a fault in the es then you should get a flash. it can range from 1 flash to 12 flashes.

here in charlotte county they wont really break your balls unless you are tearing up the ditches. if you ride with some curotsey they wont say anything.

the bikes gona be torn to sh*t quick. between it eating up chains, sprokets, wheel bearings, probably tie rod ends, control arm bushings. for the amount of time that youre going to have into this thing why dont you try and sell it and buy another utility?????

once you get the yoke out of the engine, use a flathead screwdriver to pop the seal out, rubber mallet to tap the new one in and put everything back together in reverse order. the seal is so ungodly easy, just time consuming. you dont need anybody to help you. i dont mean to question anybodys "skills" but i fuckin hate it when anybody works on my sh*t. none of my bikes or trucks will ever see a dealership. however, i work at one hahah.

alot of the new cats are the same body style so i wouldnt see why they couldnt be used on a few different models. as far as the z goes, i dont see why you cant use them on all models because nothing really changed on them.

i would love to know how whatever that is got so tore up like that.
#21
#30 kinda looks like a spacer. the thing you got in your hand doesnt look anything like it.
#22
doesnt look like it would be that bad.
#23
what year is your rzr? shouldnt it still be under warranty?
#24
so i guess that bead of silicone we were talking about is the least of your problems.
