This was a great race site last year. Woods and pasture. With the recent rain, there should not be any dust clouds

This weekend s race is on. Marked and ready to ride. It's not really even burned in yet. We will have to do that during the practice lap. Spectator area will be able to see a couple miles from on the "mountain". This is a great piece of Florida property. Don't miss out.

The new trails are laid out. This HS is to the north of the  last race here. Never raced on before. The course has hills, off camber, pits, and fast through the woods trails 7 1/2 miles (over 15 on Sunday). We will have a cool pee wee course set up, not just a mowed trail through the grass. See ya the weekend before Thanksgiving                              :stoogies.gif

But no mud (on saturday) It rained about 10 minutes Sunday afternoon and that clay bottom was naaaaasty for those bikes. My utility was spinning and sliding around helping the bikes out. Big chunks of clay were flying everywhere.

Make sure the spark arrestor is still in the muffler as they stick test for that. A turn down tip helps also with sound. Welcome  to FTR. Once you line up at the start, it is worth it. Don't wear yourself out on the practice lap either. Mike

It is the last race of the season. I would like for all  the quads to meet up for lunch(dogs and chips) at my camper on Saturday at noon. As the FTR Hare Scrambles Quad Rep, I would like to talk a little about this season, eat some dogs, and talk a little about next season. We have a white toy hauler with an American flag at the rear on each side. I will be at the start of the practice lap to let you know where we parked. Thanks, Mike

River crossings are fun when it's not 35 degrees out. This is the best place to race. FTR forum said 9.5 miles on Saturday. They brought out two bobcats to groom some areas in need. And, there was some areas that had not been raced. I am ready. 8)

The satelite map shows a lot of woods and a creek. I don't know if there will be any creek crossings. The property is near the popular Sugar Creek Ranch where many other races have been held. A real nice area. See ya Saturday.

Perfect weather, and a really cool track. It was good to see some faces from last season for the first time this season. Seemed like old times. Thanks to SADRA for all the quads being able to race. They had to set up two separate scoring chicanes to run two races at one time. It was a huge task, and SADRA was ready. Thanks to all. Thanks to the land owner, thanks to SADRA, and thanks to all that came out.

SADRA's big race is this weekend. Junior, youth ,and mini quads will have  time slots . It is a real nice property. I worked the last two w/e's. Something for everyone. Open pasture, palmetto's, and cabbage palm heads to run through. A couple of ditch's also. SADRA puts on a 1st class race. Come out if you can.
