hi there! i went to eureka damn last weekend for the first time and it was ausome! NO its not just mud, thats just what the pics look like. there are tons of places for sport rides. In fact last weekend i was 1 of about 20 riders there and about 12 of them had sport quads. theres are some really cool trails, hill climbs and muddin action there.  If you want easier directions go to mapquest and make the start locactioonion ur location and the end location Ft. mccoy. go through ft mccoy over the big bridge. atsek 1st left then take a left 1/2 mile down the road. it is really a cool place. Im going this saturday if you are interested and there bound to be more peoplr there cause they said they go there every wkend hope u can make it!

yeah it is all the way into drive, i just took it for a spin down the road and its shifts into 1st very easily from neutral, and into 2nd easily, but when going into third i really had push up with my foot to shift it. It was like it was stuck for a few seconds but then is shifted. could it be the clutch? I doesn't tslip or any thing while in a gear though.

Hi, my friend whoisnt on the site asked me to post this,   He has a 2001 beartracker 250 4-stroke yamaha semi-auto with foot shift. He said that the engine is running strong but at times the foot gear shift can be hard(foot met with resistance) to use. He says that he can usually push through it but he just wanted me to ask why this is the case and is there anything he can do to alleviate the problem?    Thansk for any respones!

i changed the oil and replaced the air filter for him but didn't make a difference

Hi  im new to the quad scene and i am pickin up my new quad this weekend. Just had a couple question about general mantainance.
<Timberwolf 250 yamaha>

-How often should one change the oil?
-What type of oil do you reccomend?
-how often should one clean the air filter?

Any other general mantainance info?

I am goin with a few of my buds to Big Scrub on Sat. Oct 1st. Bringin my new quad for a test drive.

Just wondering if anybody is going to be there cause id like to meet some people of this site and perhaps we could ride.

Hi im new to the area, im in gainesville and imbuying my first quad on saturday. Is the Jasper park area an actual park? And what do you need  to ride there? Fees?
