correct, that splined shaft broke right behind where the shifter attaches.

I don't think the engine ever changed from start to at least 2005.

this is the wrong section but, I totaled my 05 a couple years ago and I have parts just taking up space. Tell me what you want and i'll get pictures and prices. 400ex parts btw. I had the frame welded where it was cracked so there is that as well. Engine/trans has a broken shifter rod, but thats it.

Looking into buying a used motorcycle and just want to get some opinions on dealers. Since most dealers sell ATV's UTV's etc. any opinion counts since its not so much the product as it is the process.

My father-in-law just bought a bike from ridenow in ocala at a great (sticker) price, but once he handed over the money they pretty much toss you aside it seems. Honda of crystal river...I like a couple people that work there, but i probably wouldn't buy anything other than an in-stock part from them anymore. Citrus Cycle Center seems to be a great place to buy from, if anyone has any experiences with them let me know! I don't care where it is in florida, if it's worth the drive to get a good deal and great service, i'll drive! Even Georgia border.

who knows if i'll be able to drag him out or not. Spends most his time on a cbr1000 these days instead of a 450! Hopefully I can get him back in the woods, if i can ever get back myself lol. Right now i'm just shooting for the GNCC opener. Hopefully a few races before that too to get back into the rhythm of racing.

i like silva but i agree his ego had seemed to of grown a little to large before this fight, and i was kind of hoping for cheal to come out on top. I think on top of being an amazing fighter physically(silva), he is x2 as strong mentally. He was on the ground getting hit left and right with both stunning and jarring blows. But he was calmly waiting on position for that submission pretty much the whole fight and conserving energy. He was explosive at the beginning of every round, but just couldnt keep sonnen from taking him down.  Sonnen definitely showed silva he's not unbeatable! I can't wait for that rematch!

btw, how the hell did silva NOT bleed during that fight?!

If you mainly do muddy riding and stuff that normally a sport quad wouldn't do, you should just buy a big bore ute. They'll move just as quick as a sport quad! Really the only limit you have on a ute is motorcross. Love the 400ex and 450r, have both and have put both through nasty, nasty stuff with no problems, but I would say, buy a ute, and save the money you'll spend replacing chains and who knows what else.

I had my 19" ironhorse MKIII Comp stolen from my property. It has white wellgo flat pedals, fox rear shock, rock shocks fork. Rear tire is very warn, front tire is half tread. Chain was replaced a while ago and has an obvious link in it. The bike was pretty stock so anything that might indicate it was mine I'm trying to list. It had some light orange clay stains on the underside of the frame. Wheels are slighty bent so they are visably a little out of round!! If you see this bike around, please call me!!! 3522014899. I live in hernando. Btw it's white/pearl, like a matte color. Can't believe this crap.

The bike in the picture is not my bike, however it looks almost identical. Like i said it has Wellgo white flats. It also has maxxis tires.
