yes I did talk to Tony today and it was a pretty nasty crash. He sounded good but I think he's in a little shock or it just hasn't hit him yet. They say he was shot about 25 ft in the air at about 80 mph with his bike right behind him in the air. one of the worst crashes seen.

   for the record the spindle didn't break on it's own. The bike started driffting to the left to the guard rail, he in turn tried to lean to the right to correct it but was too late and got over into really soft part of the track and when the front end came down the left front tire sunk and snatched the bike to the left in turn breaking the right side and then the whole front of the bike dug into the track about 3ft needless to say the bike stopped instantly shooting him into the air and then the bike. what sucked is that it was the last pass he was gonna make, he said the bike was on it he had just run a 3.83 @ 83mph, and hadn't been beat yet even against some real big motor bikes, so he wanted to make one more and said that it was a better pass than the one before! at least he will be able to race another day! said he'll be back no worries just got to heal up

Finally BIG DOG!!!!!!!!!! That's awsome. You got that bike hump'en!  you aint lieing that's fast as sh*t on any track, almost 90 mph in 300 ft you must have been flapping in the wind trying to hold on! HEHEHE   took forever to break 383, people are really scratching their heads now huh?  gonna take a perfect pass to even come close to that! That's great Tony glad to see you did it again

I'd be there Tony Roni but we are all going out to Texas for 7 days on the 26th and am running out of time to be prepared to go. I deffinately want to get back up soon before it starts getting hot

I hear ya! It's already done it once with same bike first time to the track so with some more traction and a good jockey it should easilly be in the 3's. I mean I ran a 4.25 with a horrible 1.7 sixty ft with my big ass on the bike with some 10 paddles so in reallity with 1.4 or even a 1.5 and loose a 100 to 150 pounds it should be running. I think I was the second fastest mph to cut,  you ran 84 I ran 83 so it's moving out    It's a good thing Tony didn't get on my bike or you boys would really be scratching your heads J/K with ya I just can't wait till the next race!

kinda good thing there is no race this month though cause we will be in Texas with the beasts tearing that mud up for mud nationals. That right there is a blast. at least I can dig ruts and not worry about tearing up all pvc HEHEHEHEHAHAHAHA!

I thought you said he red lighted both yesterday. Oh well doesn't matter anyway, was still a blast to finally race and will be again next race. kinda courious to see what we will be running now we kinda know how the track is
  and as for should beat you, hell Tony beats some real big bikes with a 350 and we all know those little motors run but mine is real small too compared to 90% of the bikes we race. I think you and I have the smallest motors. everything else is at least 535

yeh well someone's telling stories     and actually if alex hadn't red lighted 2 times you would have lost 2 times and if the lights were working right I deffinately would have beat ya...  in times slips I killed you but not knowing when the lights were gonna drop it was kinda hard, but still almost beat ya with almost a 800 reaction and a 1.7 sixty ft.
   but like they say a win is a win so I'll give it up for ya this month but come next race like cut said you better be ready cause you aint gonna be as lucky so hopefully it will run alot faster cause it would suck to get left by a little stock frame bike and I gurranttee mine will be faster alot faster bone stock frame and all. imagine if I had your frame WHOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!  I hope your starting to work on your bike cause you go out and beat Troy again he won't be helping you no mo, I'll still help ya out if you need a hand ;DLOLOLOL

There seems to be a little misunderstanding or some bad info going on here. First let me say congrates to everyone and Jeff. Sounds like the New track was a hit!! Congrates to Lupo, I heard he held his own in the heavy hitters class. Not to bad for a motor that has been setting on a bench for a year. And Tony with all the problems he was having gave the big boys all they could handle. Don pretty impressive for the first time out. Troy thats a sick looking bike! Im mean that in a good way. The comment about the tribals abanding Lupo kinda hit a nerve with me. I was the one who was going to GA. month after month solo to race and keep the interest going. I had ask all of you on several occasions to go to GA. but it just didn't work out. Smoke is the only one who made it up. But after months of doing it on my own it just got to costly. I offered to go in with Lupo after I sold my bike And buy a drag chassis after the deal I had on here with some one else went bad. But I didn't feel like I could get a real comitment from Mike. And that is fine. I understand he had a lot of other things on his plate at the time. I haven't heard from anyone on here in along time, Except for my little buddy Tony I always had fun with all of you guys when we were racing. But sometimes it just got to personal. To the point that I was starting to develope a dislike for some. And that really sucked because thats not who I am. Racing in general can cause a lot of bad feelings between even the best of friends if you dont keep in perspective. And for that reason I walked away before I started hating the guys I knew I really liked hanging around with. Some times friendships are more important than winning a race. I wish all of you the best of luck and have no bitter feelings towards any of you. Your all a bunch of great guys, I just felt it was important set some things straight. Who knows, I may show up in the heavy hitters class one day Im sure Tony has a seat for me Good luck and be safe guys!!

Sheri was asking the other day if I had heard from you cause the last we talked you where coming back over the next day to take momma for a ride on your Harley. and for the record I will always be a Tribal whether one or five. but it is nice to race together and help anyone and not be over competitive cause like Frank said it's not worth it. my bike will be there to race and is competitive with the biggest of bikes so now it's all about fun. If I win I win, If I loose I loose. no need to try to have the biggest cause like we saw this weekend they don't always win and if it breaks then I'll go mudding and have fun in the mudd hole, but the track is an awsome facility lots of fun for the whole family. Your always welcome to ride my bike Frank if you come down. Your one of the few I trust on it and even though it's stock frame it'll hang with the best of em. would have seen some real #'s out of it if the tank hadn't broke. Would suck to see Tony's little nutty buddies get charred half track and not be able to get off  oh well give me a call spankie

Yeh them bikes were hooking so hard they were twisting all over the place!  like smoke showed in the pics. even my stock frame was twisting up like a pretzel in a couple of those pics. i think that's why my tank busted, somethings got to give and aluminum doesn't bend 

Don next time I'm just gonna cut the flag pole down and stap it under my bike, see if you can beat that gurentteed to win by 10 bikes

I need to weld me a piece of metal that sticks in front of my bike about 5 inches and the heavy hitters class would have been alot diff. BTW that was the best class ever,and the payout was pretty good too!
  Jay I got to give it to ya, you were riding your ass off! no matter what you were on great job. Don, you looked good out there too, were pretty comfortable it looked! The bike deff. was running awsome. I'll tell you, it seemed like everybody was breaking something! I think I got the record for worst fuel leak sorry Troy beat ya again I was coming out fast as I put it in. Stock tanks looking real good!

  Thanks to the Ga crew for coming down and supporting the track. It was a little crazy but I think for first race and as many bikes, we did a pretty good job and hope to see ya back.

Old bits and pieces didn't do too bad for slapping it together in a couple of hours and really no tuning at all, never even checked the plugs fired it up sat morning and took it for a test pass. to tote my big ass down the track at 4.25 at 83 mph I'm pretty happy with it.   I still think that prowedges would have faster times if everyone used them, but it's impossible to run them with paddles, starting line was way choped up to use them. Oh well great race can't wait for next one. I will be heavy hitter champ Did I say that was a bad ass class

I don't think you have to worry about any one running in the 7's. I think it will be more like 8's   bits and pieces is running Had to knock  the dust of of it, almost wouldn't fire up I think it will at least run 4.5's I guess we'll see!!

I forgot about the good food they do have some kicking food! speaking of, are we going to have a concession stand at the race I like to eat

man your as bad a Frank selling stuff! why couldn't you at least wait for the first race. we need as many fast bikes there as possible. so does this mean your going to be stepping away from racing and giving the track to C&R cause it's not going to be motivating for you to keep going cause it's not like it's gonna make a ton of money and the headache to me would get old. at least with a bike you would be doing it to race also. I don't know just wondering
