Thanks to all of those that contacted me and were out for justice from the beginning regarless of your personal feelings for me. I'd rather be hated for being me than "liked" for fear of what I might do to you.

The group ride for 10/15-10/16 is still on for anyone that's interested. It was initially called the monk group ride, later to be the short bus group ride, be maybe one more name change is in order?
    How about the infamous group ride  8) It's gonna be a blast.

Mark - I plan on staying the night of the 15th and riding for a while on the 16th before driving back. I figure if I'm gonna drive up I'll get as much ride time/recovery time (from night before) in on the 16th and leave early afternoon. Let me know what your plans are maybe we can car pool ?

That remains to be seen. Although some banned posted nothing obscene they got 3 days temp ban, but so far I'm the only one allowed back. Even though others were banned before me. Quad, LE, Gasgasman, lt250r are all still banned. I guess the drama continues.

As far as your sig ltr-450. You were all banned for stirring up trouble, being vulgar and not respecting the site rules. Your post to me was the straw that broke the camels back. If you don't know them then look at the agreement when you signed up. Quad and gasgas just got caught up in the mess. You guys are more than welcome to post anything that you want as long as it doesn't get rude,or crude. The moderators make the decision as to what gets modified or deleted. Just keep it clean and have fun.

I was trying to stay away from it but you put it out there so.... the post I was banned for was not offensive except to maybe your ego. it wasn't nasty or anything it just didn't agree with what you were doing and your attitude.

And if that's the case when is you suspension going to start ? You threatened LE and were rude to many. It wasn't only the ones banned that you offended either and I'm sure you know that by people leaving and other posting about it. I guess it's still a case of do what you want if you're a mod.

lt250r was banned for looking back in your old posts and quoting them to show the hypocracy of the site mods. You told him it was because he brought te subject up again. It is open discussion and nothing he posted was bad. You didn't like it and banned him. Are you gonna ban me again for talking about it? Hmmmmm.

And you even followed us (I know you signed up before us - but you went behind and posted behind everything we posted ) at another site. you even got nasty with me in pm's and told lt250r in an open forum "bring it punk" When I called you on it you said "I'm obeying the rules of this site" So it show how hypocritical you are. You did it there, and you did it here and banned others for less than what you did. 

You wanted to bring it back up so here it is. I have posted nothing offensive or lewd, no cussing or personal attacks. What I have posted  is facts and in some cases opinion which violate none of the rules. Guess we'll see what happens.

Nothing I post is vulgar, or violates the site rules. If I get banned it's because I don't post only what certain people want. Well that is a freedom guaranteed under our constitution called freedom of speech. Maybe you guys have heard of it ?
If you say so. I know last night Quad, gasgasman, and LE were all pming me on another site wanting to know why they couldn't post here since they got banned before me. Ask Id@ I was pming him about it last night.

Possibly a delay in the time/schedule of the site... at least they are able to post now.. YAY!!!!!  :T

as for freedom of speech,  How does freedom of speech apply on a website that requires everyone to electronically sign an agreement with the rules/regulations in it?

you can go to the city hall of whatever city you live in and scream whatever you want,,,,but not here.

in my OPINION, and many legal scholars', quoting the constitutional right of freedom of speech is overused and many times misapplied.

My sig says nothing offensive or degrading, nor does it single out an individual. It is a profound philosophical statement that is made in general.

Id@ - I agree freedom of speech is often misused and abused, but I would argue that is not the case here. I have violated no rules of the site. I have not posted anything since my returning from being banned that is lewd offensive or attacks another member. I have not disrespected anyone or the site as a whole. I will no longer post such things. I will not intentionally single out a person and target them. I will not use offensive language even by using symbols to stand for letters as many do. I will however feel free to speak my mind while observing the rules of the site. If someone doesn't agree with my opinion that is their choice and I respect their freedom to do so.

I have complied with the rule :
G-rated - nothing in my posts since my being banned are anyghing other than G-rated.
no profanity, personal attack, hijacking or bashing anyone.
No offensive screen names or inappropriate statments in my sig  simply a profound philosophical statement made in general which I believe is nothing more than me exercisig my freedom of speech  since I have complied with all rules of the site.
If however anyone is referring to any posts made pre-banning I was under the impression that the mods "cleaned this place up" however if there are any of my posts remaining I would be happy to modify them so that they no longer offend anyone or compromise the integrity of this site. Please send me any links to my posts that you would like me to modify and I will be happy to do so. I expect not to be banned again for old posts dated before the end of my banned period that ended 10/5/05.
What I won't do is refrain from posting my opinion in an appropriate, intelligent, well worded way that does not violate any rule of this site. As stated in the rules I will be warned prior to any banning (even though I didn't get that benefit the first time).
On that note I will be reporting posts that I find offensive and inappropriate regardless of who originated the post. I am all for the rules to protect the site, its content, and its members. I do however believe that we should all be held to the same standard of conduct. So anyone that has posted threats, lewd material, disrespectful commnets, or inappropriate material for which they have not yet been warned or banned, I ask you now to modify or remove it for everyone's sake.

Would that be a personal attack? I see it as offensive. You acknowledge it is bad for the site in your post yet you posted it anyway. Do you see anything wrong with that ?

Seriously though? Nothing does it for me like Bugles. Those things are like crack. Once you try one, you're hooked. I mean, it's nothing to eat a whole box without even realizing it until they're gone.

Once, I was riding to South Carolina with my brother when we stopped to get some fuel and a snack. I picked up a box of Bugles. Well, we got back on the road and in no time flat, I finished the whole box. My brother was so mad because I never gave him any.

That's okay because he picked up a small box of fried chicken gizzards and ate them. Then, about 30 minutes later, he started burping and blowing it at me. It stunk like a dirty jock strap full of rancid cottage cheese. It was terrible! I had keep my window partially down and it was super cold that day.

The moral of the story? 1) Share your bugles or smell the wrath. 2) Gizzards are nasty. 3) Life's too short to be upset.

Now, how about a good old fashion debate on the economy, foreign policy, inflation or religion?

310r - similar behavior has been performed here recenlty and was frowned upon. maybe you should use pm's to make a recommendation to me. Seeing as how a public post that is disrespectful or, as you yourself described it in your original post,  bad for the site is grounds for being reported and or disciplanery action.

Wait a second!!! Arent we supposed to refrain from personal attacks?? Isnt that one of the rules that that if broken, could lead to banning??


I'm seriously starting to get confused. So certain people can get away with making personal attack and other get an instant ban for less then that? This is really starting to get old! If rules are in place then EVERYONE needs to abide by them or get banned.

Oh yeah! Ranch dressing is great on just about anything.

I make my own ranch dressing when I cook at home. Very simple and tastes better than the stuff out of a jar. Then again, I just love to cook too.

I also care a great deal for Fritos with bean dip.
