George Washington, Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Benjamin Franklin are all in a plane. Goerge Washington wants to makes someone happy so he throws a dollar bill out of the plane and makes 1 person happy. Benjamin Franklin throws out a 100 dollars out the plane and makes 100 people happy. Bill Clinton wants the whole world happy and throws George Bush out of the plane.
