Title: worst day ever for me Post by: rubicon500kid on August 18, 2005, 02:10:58 AM ok i had the worst day ok at 715 around then i was on my bike and some guy ran a stop sign and hit me ok i walk home from there and my mom was freaking out cuz i have a huge lump on my knew and i my wrist is broken and when the car hit me my bike and i flew and my leg got caught in the chain and sproket and it cut in to my skin and i went to 2 difrent hospitals and nether gave me a cast one said it wasnt broken and the other said it was so i watid from 745pm to 130(around that time) and i just got back home and i have to wake up for school at 445 so now im missing a day of school and then tomower i got to have more exrays done and then they want to scan my whole body cuz i said my neck hurt so now it real suck the good thing i didnt get any road rash only a lil bit on my hand but ill post pics tomower and i hope ill get my cast tomower

one time my son ate it on his goped cause a dog startled him and he ate it big time. well to make a long story short- his friend knocks on my door and tells me: "jesse fell off his goped" i say: is he ok. he says: hes bleeding from his eye. so i freak outand go over there and hes got a big gash over his eye and mud and blood everywhere. so i know how your mom must have felt. I work in an environment to let the authorities to make that decision. He is clearly not capable to operate a motor vehicle. How do you know that he has not already ran over other kids? Dude if he didn’t see you and a stop sign then this guy really has some motor vehicle deficiencies and should retake his driving test to let the state make sure he is competent to drive! You just put the public at risk of another incompetent senior citizen attempting to drive when they clearly shouldn’t be! Next time you are at Publix with your mom and dad just watch out because that same old man might panic and forget to stop and run over you again. I have seen these senior citizens take out entire shopping plaza’s. I know you have seen it on channel 6 and other news stations. Now are you sure that this is what really happened and you didn’t get beat up or fell of your bike or something? By the way I hope you feel better soon. I hope that old guy doesn’t have an appointment the same day you do to get your x-rays… Although you would already be at a doctors office so maybe you will be safe!!!…. Or not.

By the way if you were to sue him he wouldn't be the one paying your medical bills and pain and suffering it would be his insurance company(unless the amount you demanded exceeded his insurance policy limits). You should atleast try and get your medical bills and any medications paid for.
