I want to know Can i bore my yz 250 cylinder without a resleeving it. what will happen if i run it bored with nikasil removed from bore.

You cant bore it without renicking it or sleaving it. Is the plating wore through? Have you priced a new cylinder? Its probably not that expensive.

Cylinders are a little pricey, Babbitts has them at $463. It can be repaired for 190-$250 http://mt-llc.com/Ordering/pricing.html
