That's Pismo Beach. I was there in September 2008. I rented a 400EX and put my wife on a 250EX. We had a BLAST!!!! The tide wasn't coming in like that while we were there but you could see where the beach got pretty skinny in places.
That was flippin crazy. :o

just think of it as fords are the laborers and chevys are the bosses handing out orders haha
