What about doing the fun run type things for the Marines Toys for Tots program. I believe there are several Marines (I understand once a Marine, always a Marine) on board here that should be able to get info on the program.

Here's an idea to avoid a permit, why not have it at say Ocala or some other public land. Bring a toy and you get to ride w/the group.
