Post by: crom A zone on January 23, 2009, 03:35:27 PM they are currently in court as of now. they are trying there hardest to get it worked out but the land owner does not wanna sign the papers and take care of the wet lands part. so more than likely it will never re open we just have the memories of when hicktown was filmmed there

The landowners would not PAY the fees and pull the proper permits for the property use, therefore SFWMD shut them down. "C&R" is now looking for a new location, but having a lot of trouble.

They are on wetlands and can never pull the right permits for it.
