Anyone know how to convert a samsung phone from T-mobile to at&t? The great customer service at At&t wont exchange my sync because of a crack on the small screen, regardless that it was a result of a common defect to that brand. I have a samsung phone with a t-mobile sticker on it, that utilizes the same charger inlet, and simcard, I just need to convert it to At&t. Is there a program I need to buy to do this?
I think you need to get it unlocked... Not sure though
