DEFINATLY have a spot to drag race, if you want you dont even need to mark anything out. just make sure there is a field that no one parks in or anything and people will just start racing there naturally

I think you should also pave all the roads and line them with Sunflowers and fresh mulch. I love the smell of freshly laid mulch.

the roads are paved. the sunflowers are on the west side of the property.bbg and pizza so far

Yea the website now says grand opening is going to be June or July but no definate dates yet, says to just keep checking back.
