Title: how different is jumping a quad compared to jumping a bike?
Post by: bigwake on September 19, 2007, 09:53:59 PM
i just got comfortable jumping my 450f on the track..not clearing jumps, but just getting a little air and then lading on top of the table or whatever and riding down the landing..how different is say..jumping a banshee? i just got one and want to ride at the local track but i don't mean jump huge..just enough to get air between knobs and dirt..haha

4 wheels vs 2.  on a dirt bike you don't have to worry about the way the bike leaves the lip.  you'll need to work the brakes and gas better to make sure it doesn't go too off kilter.

Make sure the lip is flat and stay on the gas. My old Banshee was a little nose heavy
