Last time I seen that bridge was during the bicentenial , 1976 . We visited Union City ,New Yersey and also took the Lincoln Tunnel to New York . Back then New York city was rough ,especially 42 st . I think I just resized mine with the microsoft powertoy and never processed it in photoshop...now I can't find the original..
