well i sold my rubicon a few weeks ago after geting busted at a local spot and it closing down and i want to help out my mom so i gave her half and with the rest i wanted to try some thing dif and ride where I want to and not get bothered by cops (mx track) so I bought an 01 kx 125
It has a PC pipe   
Tag bars
Pro rear wheel
And a few lil things
But I was told it was race ready and ready to ride I didn’t notice it at the time but when I got home it needed a new clutch and a bunch of other crap good thing is it starts 1st kick  and I learned my lesson now lol 

This is what I had to order
Motion pro clutch cable
Motion pro clutch lever
Tusk clutch kit with hd springs
Twin air filter
Rear linkage bearings
Rear shock bearings

It still need's a few other things but I don’t have the $ to buy them right now

thats a good looking bike man, congrats. I'm going to be doing the same thing here soon i hope. I think the buck fifty article in either dirtrider or riderx inspired a lot of people to jump on a dirtbike...or at least it seems like it.

yea but for me i used to ride and i started out on a dirt bike and havent realy road one in a few years or so  i realy want a 450 like my friend but its way to much bike for me and it is way to much $ i will be geting a cr250f or kx250f in about 6 months or so if i realy get into it but my ADD dosnt let me keep a bike for to long so who knows lol
and thanks for the complament its a nice bike but i wish i didnt have to work on it oh well lol

any other dirt bikers out there ? whats some good dirt bike websites

taking bets to see how long he keeps this bike.... i say $20 on a month and a half.

lol ill have it longer then a month now i gott re do the bottem end lol so it looks like i wont even ride it for about 3 months or so looks like im geting another job

thanks it is but it needs alot of work ill post pics of alll the cracks in the cltuch hub  and of where a nut got loose and went in a ride around the bottem end

i got all my parts i orderd today but only put the clutch cabel,clutch lever and the air filter on this weekend im taking apart the bottem end and the rear shock bearings

$40 8 MONTHS

no i know efren. ill give him 5 months. my bets at 70 dollars :)

nice bikes but what did they do to seminoles track? the front double looks so small now...and whats up with that hill in the backround?

they changed it around pritty bit its fun now (well from watching lol bike didnt work at the track )
any one have a 01 or 02 engine they would want to sell me ?

ok  news about the bike is that its a POSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS the engine block its self has hair line cracks in it also a nut and bolt is striped big time
so if any one has a n 01 0r 02  engine then plz sell it to me

Was it broken when you got it?

yea the guy said only the clutch cabel need to be done but the whole bottem end is fucked up  im pi$$ed as hell i have no $ to spend on  it so  im thinking about selling it and put money down on a 07 crf 250

ok update i got it runing where i could drive it and it proble needs a new topend now too also to add to the list the oil drain bolt is stripped and i need a new rear linkage


1 thing i learnd is that this is the last used bike i buy i should be abel to put some $ down on a 06 or 07 crf 250 or kx250f  in about 6 months
so now the Q is to fix it or sell it
im going to check out the topend in the morning befor school

That sure is a pain.  Don't know of any good ways to go about it except to fix it.

yeaa i need a new rear linkage becuase i gess they road it with out bearings for a long time and itmade a grove  so now its no good and the engine oil drain bolt is striped and a bunch more crap

so much crap to work on
