i would like to organize some kind of club to start fighting these county morons. the airboat guys around here basically won their battle because they had numbers of people standing up for their rights. i realize this is what the upcoming rally is all about and i will be there supporting and learning how to put together my own countywide club so i can at least fight these local idiots. i really do not know what i am doing but, i know of nobody else trying anything around here. there are a lot of riders in this county and something has to be done. any input either way would be greatly appreciated. thank you :box.gif

Make sure you have your ducks in a row, and that they never see you call them idiots. Members of the local newspaper community in Highlands County frequent these boards. I live in Highlands County too, and want legal riding areas. Attending the rally is a great first step.

We could benefit from the Rally and start our own thing in addition to. I would join the club here.

i was not thinking when i started earlier. i will refrain from using those terms. thank you for pointing that out. no need to make things worse

a website will be created very soon. i hope to get responsible family oriented people. not all the idiots that make us look bad. i know they can not all be filtered out but, i will make clear the image we are trying to achieve. hopefully they just won't bother and we will let them separate themselves.

i live in polk county and always went riding in the scrubs in avon park, but they have closed it down and we goto the avon estates but its not as fun as the scrubs-so is there any way to get it back open...
